7 Wonders

Dobble

The rules that will be used are demonstrated by Esdevium Games on this video. The cards will be dealt equally to each player, with one card left in the middle. Then players will try to match a picture on the top card in their hand with the card in the middle - and when they find a match, call it out and slam their card on top of the middle card. Winner is the first to get rid of all their cards.

Poker

The rules that will be used are explained at Compendia Traditional Games.

Each player will start with chips nominally worth £50. The minimum bet will start at £1 (the small blind therefore starts at 50p, and the large blind starts at £1). Each time a player is knocked out, the minimum bet will increase by £1.

Pub Games

Battleship

The rules that will be used are Dom Bragge's rules at Wikipedia.

The "strategic" version of the rules will be used, i.e. for each round players are entitled to fire as many shots as they have ships left unsunk.

Ships cannot touch - even diagonally.

Players must have the same number of turns (this allows for the possibility of a draw).

The Hat Game/Celebrities/Time's Up!/Monikers

The rules that will be used are explained on Wikipedia, including the first bullet point of the "Variant rules".

Each player will put 5 items into a hat (secretly) and each player will have 45 seconds for their turn. The team with the most points after all rounds will win.

For four players, use all the yellow tiles. For any other player count, add or subtract 12 tiles per player.
